Despite repeated formal requests, key records in Tara Lynn Klimezβs death have still not been released.
π These records have not been refused β they have simply not been provided.
π What is missing is not minor β it is fundamental.
It includes the EMS records from the initial response, the dispatch call logs, and additional police documentation beyond the limited materials already provided.
To date, only partial records have been produced β primarily a basic incident report and a small set of scene photographs.
π Without these records, there is no complete or reliable account of what occurred.
There is no clear timeline of events, no verified account of the initial call for assistance, and no complete record of what first responders observed or did. There is also no transparency around how decisions were made at the scene.
These are not optional details β they are the foundation of any death investigation.
The current position of agencies raises further questions.
The Southaven Fire Department has stated that EMS records are being processed, but release has been delayed pending additional documentation.
At the same time, it remains unclear whether dispatch logs are being treated separately from medical records, which department is responsible for releasing them, and why they have still not been provided. Requests to the Southaven Police Department for additional materials also remain incomplete.
This is critical. These records are necessary to understand how the scene was first observed and whether standard procedures were followed. Without them, the official account cannot be independently verified.
Follow-up requests are ongoing. Clarification is being sought regarding the release of EMS records, access to dispatch logs, and the existence of additional investigative materials.

I have recently received additional records from the Southaven Police Department relating to the death of my daughter, Tara Lynn Klimez (October 2, 2016).
These materials include documentation from a 2023 review of the case.
The case was revisited in 2023 by investigators who focused primarily on:
However, the records also show that key telecommunications dataβsuch as cell tower location informationβwas no longer available at the time of review due to standard retention limits.
Despite this, the conclusion of suicide was reaffirmed.
Based on the records provided, several important issues remain unresolved:
These findings raise serious concerns about whether the original determination can be considered reliable.
A proper investigation requires that evidence be:
At present, those standards do not appear to have been met.
I am seeking:
As Taraβs mother, my goal is simple:
To ensure that the circumstances of her death are examined thoroughly, fairly, and based on evidence.

DCMEI DAIMON WEAVER WHO WAS AT TARAβS DEATH SCENE WAS ALSO THE MANAGER OF THE HERNANDO FUNERAL HOME. WEAVER ASSISTED THE QUICK CREMATION OF TARA, DESPITE MISSISSIPPI LAW FORBIDDING CREMATION OF BODIES BEFORE A FULL INVESTIGATION INCLUDING PATHOLOGY IS COMPLETE. SO BY THIS, HE HELPED DESTROY ALL EVIDENCE.
WEAVER CHARGED EXORBITANT PRICES FOR WHAT WAS A DIRECT CREMATION, $4,750.00 USD. THAT IS A HUGE RED FLAG.
This record will be updated as new information becomes available.
